• Please check the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.
• Exchange or replacement will be considered only in case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

• Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the parcel.
• A complete, unedited parcel-opening video is mandatory for any damage or wrong-product claim.
• The video should clearly show the package, shipping label, and the product from the moment the parcel is opened.
• Claims without a proper parcel-opening video may not be accepted.

1. Refunds

• If a return is approved due to a genuine damage, defect, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement whenever possible.
• If a replacement is not available, a refund may be provided at the discretion of LINGA STORES.
• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable payment method.
• Once the returned parcel is received by LINGA Stores, the refund will be processed within 2–3 working days.
• Our team will call the customer and inform them once the refund has been processed.

• Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and verified by our team.

1. Non-Returnable Items

Products cannot be returned or exchanged due to:

• Colour preference
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size/order selection
• Product appearance differing slightly due to screen or lighting conditions

Please inspect your parcel carefully while opening it and record a single, continuous, unedited opening video. This helps us verify and process genuine claims fairly.
